MI-26: The World's Largest Helicopter
SkyLink recently introduced the first Mi-26, (the world’s largest helicopter, capable of transporting a 20 ton payload) in Canada. It has been utilized to increase the arctic-exploration window in the Mackenzie Delta, from 100 to 300 days of the year. (Mi-26 service was developed in conjunction with Airborne Energy Solutions, Nabors and UTAir.)
