SkyLink Group Names R. David Henze as President and CEO of SkyLink Air and Logistic Support USA

HERNDON, Va. – The SkyLink Group Inc., a privately held Canadian company that specializes in aviation logistics, disaster relief and humanitarian services, aviation security services and aircraft charters, appointed David Henze, a seasoned executive, as the new CEO and president for its U.S. operations, SkyLink Air and Logistic Support USA Inc.

“David brings to the table a broad knowledge and expertise in disaster relief management, communications and information management and dissemination,” said Walter Arbib, president of SkyLink Group. “His life-long experience in building and operating systems in difficult and dangerous places is crucial in growing our U.S. operations and maintaining the highest level of service for our clients’ expanding needs.”

Henze, 54, was most recently an IBM Corporation business development executive growing its digital media and security services businesses. Previously, he spent three years with Equient, a division of Veridian Corporation, rising to vice president of the infrastructure solutions group. Throughout his career, he has undertaken many leadership roles in developing advanced technologies for special operations, law enforcement, military, intelligence and emergency response communities, such as surveillance and reconnaissance systems, forensics and analytical platforms, and real-time collaborative communications solutions. In the 1990s, he co-founded a company focused on applied operations research and satellite-based solutions to close gaps in supply chain management and asset tracking and monitoring systems. Henze resides with his family in Leesburg, Va.
