SkyLink USA Project Manager Adam Briggs Earns Project Management Professional Credential from Project Management Institute

DULLES, Va. – On June 25, Adam Briggs earned the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, the world’s leading authority for the project management profession.

Briggs has been a project manager and business development executive for SkyLink USA for the past two years.  He’s responsible for procuring and managing ad-hoc and long-term freight forwarding and airlift support programs for commercial clients, governments and international non-governmental agencies. These projects have spanned the globe, and have utilized a variety of fixed and rotary winged aircraft in locations such as Sudan, Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan in support of peacekeeping, humanitarian and other requirements.

“This illustrates the commitment of our employees to professional development and SkyLink USA’s commitment to the continued personal and professional development of our staff as a strategic investment,” said David Henze, SkyLink USA CEO and president.

The PMP certification is the most recognized and respected global credential in the project management profession. To obtain PMP certification, an individual must satisfy education and experience requirements, agree to adhere to a professional code of conduct and pass the PMP certification examination. The PMP designation following a person’s name demonstrates to employers and other stakeholders that an individual possesses a solid foundation of experience and education in project management.
