DULLES, Va. – SkyLink USA, a Loudoun-based company that specializes in transportation, airport management, disaster relief and aviation support services, appointed Doug Zmorzenski as director of defense and special services. Zmorzenski brings 15 years of federal law enforcement experience as a criminal investigator specializing in defense procurement fraud, general criminal investigations and national security related investigations.
