SkyLink has the expertise and aircraft you need to support operations requiring dynamic scalability and extensive support from brief, one-off operations to continuous missions over long periods in challenging environments. Our fixed and rotary wing aircraft have supported many of the largest international organizations and multinational corporations around the world.
We have accomplished many large scale staff rotations and passenger movements—averaging over 100,000 per year—as well as dedicated daily re-supply flights on contracts of several year's duration, a full range of complimentary services including aircraft handling, catering, fuel arrangements and maintenance in virtually any location.
Our charter flight services have been instrumental in the efforts to rebuild Iraq. We offer regular and ad hoc chartered flights, in cooperation with other SkyLink affiliates, employing MI8-MTV helicopters and an AN-12 and an AN-26 currently based in Baghdad and ready for immediate charter to any area in the Iraqi region. Cargo movement on behalf of both the United States and Iraqi governments, getting contractors where they need to go, delivering humanitarian aid and transporting government officials are just some examples of our capabilities.
In Darfur, Sudan, a dedicated SkyLink fleet of (25) MI-8T and MI-8MTV helicopters supports efforts to create stability where daily flights are performed on behalf of the African Union and United Nations peacekeepers. Additionally, we have the capacity to scale the number of fixed-wing aircraft to support our clients in Darfur and throughout Sudan.
Our fleet also supports the process of nation-building in Afghanistan, where we have been active since 2002. SkyLink's Ilyushin-76 aircraft perform daily re-supply flights into Kandahar for the Canadian Forces and have supported the Italian Ministry of Defense, World Food Program and many others on long term contracts.
Iraq, 2006. SkyLink is engaged in a nation wide crop spraying operation throughout unsecured areas of Iraq. This critical mission, aimed at restoring wheat and date palm production to feed the people of Iraq, was performed in conjunction with the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture and Coalition forces.
